The 6-12 yrs Sports Programme takes place Monday to Friday from 4pm to 5pm. The main objective is to engage young boys and girls in a fun way and all the sessions involve learning new and exciting sports skills in a fun and safe environment.

The programme is FREE of charge and is for all young people regardless of ability. When young people play regular and organised sport it can have significant benefits including confidence building, raised self esteem, team-building and the development of leadership skills.

There are a diverse range of sports on offer which include: football, basketball, tag rugby, athletics, badminton, tennis, trampolining, dodge ball and much more.
